Sunset

by Yatubeera Resty   Mar 24, 2013

By the grass hut waited
The only companion she had
As her feet drew closer
A smile formed, it was about time

Steadily in her arms
They strolled, nothing new
This was their path

With the destination so clear
She gazed up head, no time to waste
Soon she must return
Triumphantly balancing the pot
To each sunset, she come to draw water.
