Procrastination!

As I sit on the couch
I relax and slouch
thinking before turning on the TV
what I SHOULD be doing but I am too lazy.
But my cunning brain
saving me some pride
says I'll do it later.
Oops I just lied
12 hours greater
and I think "you little traitor!"
"Procrastination you get me nowhere I decide."
But when my chance comes I just let that one slide.
Thinking, "Now is my chance to prove that I can do it this time!"
"Procrastination why you sly, sly little slime!"
Because 12 hours later I say the same thing.
Procrastination your a deceitful wolf in sheep's clothing!
While working he says, "Why do this today when you can do it tomorrow?"
Procrastination shut up you lying snake with forked/silver tongue!
You swallow up everything and leave nothing left but the dung!
You leave everything in a mess!
And treat me like your guest!
I just wonder how you infected me like a parasite.
You bit me with a poisonous mouth but when did you bite?
I will get rid of you SOMEDAY!
(Or is that just you talking, trying to keep me at bay?)

*The last 2 sentences is supposed to be ironic since he is putting it off for later. Hope you enjoy :). And I hope it is as good as the first one because I had to rewrite it since when I clicked on the submit poem button it went to the sign in page and lost everything I wrote which is the 2 time that has happened to me this week. I guess I'll be sure to copy before submitting.
