This journey of mine is a long one...
No one said it was going to be easy...
Some days I'm so sad...
That my heart becomes battered and broken...
I'm losing my way...
Or so it feels like...
And I don't know what to do about it...
I struggle to hold it together as each day goes on...
Many days go by...
When I sit in silence...
Unable to say...
That just maybe I need help...
No one quite understands...
All the pain that lies within my heart...
That I have such a hard time expressing how I feel...
That I feel so lost inside...
Did you know...
That there are days...
When I feel like I'm dying inside?
If I were to die...
Will you remember me?
All I know...
IS that I'm trying to make it through one more day...
But the pain is tearing me up inside...
Leaving me broken and battered...
I'm torn about whether I can make it one more day...
All I want to be is numb...
Numb to the pain, hurt, chaos, depression, etc...
But all I know is that I'm hurting so keep inside...
Maybe beyond repair...
Will you remember me if I were to die today?
That's how close I am to giving up...
