Unsure of where to go
Trapped in this war I call "home"
Wondering how life changed so fast,
Wanting nothing more than to go back to my past
Where there once was love, where there once was peace
When we were actually a family and not just a disease.
Not sure how we lost our way
Only certain it worsens every day.
I try to refrain from frowning
But it's hard when you're constantly drowning.
Once upon a time, I had a happy home
