For a moment I stayed
For a moment I lingered
To see the man of stature come forth from the mountain
His heart burned with the compassion
 of a thousand fathers
His feet were steadfast and true
His arms for his staff were strong from use
And his desire was for You
He waited on high for the King to come
Diligently he waited at the place
The place where God dwells
And by day I die
By night I live alive
with Your Spirit
