Fluffballs

You love me unconditionally and always have a welcome home hug and kiss waiting for me. I can't help but melt when you rest your head in my lap with those beautiful blue eyes of yours as you nuzzle me gently. You don't care about what is going on, you don't care if I'm not the best person in the world or if I make mistakes. You love me for me. For you, I {am} the best person in the world and one that you love no matter what, I'm your whole world. And I'll be forever grateful and know you have my love and affection always.

And you may often cause me to look like a fluffy rabbit, or turn the house into a winter wonderland or have me constantly checking my clothes, but I'll always love you and be the best friend that I can be for you. Your affection for me is unwavering, as mine will be for you. You know all my secrets and you're always the one to kiss away my tears. I love you with all my heart. What can I say? I'm a Zena lover.

    I like the little unique twist to this poem, not many would think it was about your dog ha. Well towards the end yes but you'd probably just assume it was your typical love poem but it's not.

    Loved the title, fluffballs, ah makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside. I just love Zena's name, it's so gorgeous, not sure how you found such a beautiful name :)

    Of course you always add your own poetic touch - looking like a fluffy rabbit & turning the house into a winter wonderland - loved these! Totally know what you mean.

    This is why dogs/cats are the best or any pet for that matter, they do love you unconditionally and make you feel so loved all the time. I love coming home to my dogs and having them love on me and bark because they are so excited. Makes you feel so welcome to be home.
