Old woman

I'm now an old woman ...and life is cruel.
This just to make age look like a fool .
There is now a stone where I once had a heart that beats if a cute guy passed near by.

Behind this old wrinkled face, the face that now looks like crumpled paper once looked like Marilyn Monroe in her glamour days .

I cried for days at my young age as if I was just getting engaged .I blame time and I call him a thief for stealing my lovely days.

I dove deep in my dramatic days where I remembered the good times when I was young and played.

I'm now an old woman ...Frustrated because I cant tell if its real. Mad because I don't know how to feel. Upset because the world cant make it right .Sad because I'm miles a way from death .Angry because no one can take my hand .Aggravated because no one understand.Disappointed because I cant live no longer, but still in love with life.

My heart still aches in sadness and secret tears still flow .What it meant to lose my soul no one will ever know .

I'm now an old woman ...And in the end, its not the years in your life that counts .Its the life in your years.

I'm now an old woman... and I could the footsteps of death nearing.
