A dry flower falls
from pages yellowed with age:
memories of you...

Flowers not only makes one smile, it brings sunshine and memories along with it too. A nice
little picture painted here with few words and that is enough to capture the reader's mind..take care.

This is really beautiful, Hellon. I have a thing of keeping momento's, my boyfriend calls me a 'memory hoarder' lol. Every flower I've ever received from him, I've dried and kept. And I have kept some of the flowers from my mother's funeral. But I'm rambling lol.

This poem spoke to me so much since I can relate... keeping something that small as a dried flower can help you revisit a memory of someone.

Lovely senyru! And love the title as well... the flower isn't necessarily a forget-me-not, but it ties in with memories... Very nice!!

    Insightful message. You are brilliant!
I'll comment on with the following part of limerick poetry form:

    A dry flower falls
    from pages yellowed with age:
    memories of you...

My white rose started to wither, its fragrance faded so
My white rose could not survive the drought, thus it could not grow
My white rose never got back
My white rose petals got black
My white rose took the memories, leaving me in such woe
