She Is Such Rapture, As Nothing Before... (A Sonnet)

by Robert Gardiner   May 10, 2013

She Is, Such Rapture, As Nothing Before... (A Sonnet)

She is, Such Rapture, as Nothing Before,
A Goddess, of Unending Rhapsody.
Enchantment, Ecstasy, Rest at, Her Shores,
Like no other, Enamored, She Leaves Me.

Oh, What Splendor, Magic, She Does Possess.
Fascinated, I am, By Her Wonder.
Such Heaven, Upon Me, She Does Impress.
Mesmerized, I am, Her Spell, I'm Under.

Alluring, she is, Pleasure, Incarnate,
Affinity Frolics, Amidst, My Soul.
Joyous, Infatuated, is My State,
Besot, Bewitched, and Utterly Extolled.

Such Gladness, Upon Me, She Does Bestow.
Captivated, I am, Charmed, All Aglow...
