She walks alone in silence
Yet loud thoughts consume her head
She wishes that she felt differently
That she was never filled with dread.
She wishes that she could go back
To a time when things were good
She wishes she could change it all
But she knows she never could.
She walks around with tear-stained cheeks
And scars upon her wrists
She doesn't care what people see
Because she knows that once she's gone, to none she will be missed.
