This Bridge

by Daylight Lucidity   May 21, 2013

I stand on this bridge
In the middle of two
Paths
My heart pulls me to you
Yet my mind stays
In between
While I beg
For someone to help me
To one side.
Neither side answers
Nor sways
My opinion of where
I should stay.
This bridge decorated
With irises
Leaves my eyes painted
Over with violet skies.
I smile to each side
And curtsy
No longer shy
But scared it'll hurt me.
This bridge
Divides my soul in two
Now tell me, which
Side wants me to
Go to them?

    Familiar feelings...

And under the bridge the time pass away as the water. This is a hard situation.

The poem is great!I liked it...
    Good job!
