when it's no longer a damsel in distress
but a prince who needs saving for once?
This isn't a women trapped in a tower
or even a girl who wants to see a world
beyond a castle wall that traps her
but a boy or men who is truly lost in his life
that just wants to be saved
In this world with females proving their worth daily
always trying to one up the males that are in charge
maybe for once a girl could save a boy
even when they refuse to admit it
maybe for once a boy could be saved
not with violence or even defeating a fire breathing dragon
not with a sharp sword or taking a life
but with something so much more
we could all admit that we never need help
but deep down inside, we are crying our soul out
even the strongest or brightest can fall
to the shadow of being alone
nobody can find darkness a place of comfort
but a place of loneliness and lost hope
we all want to be loved by someone
find that one person who could save us
from the shadow that haunts us at night
even guys needs someone to save them
when they are lost in darkness
searching for that one bright light
or even someone to give a hand to bring us back to life
someone always needs saving
it's not up to those who have courage or heroes
but with those who gives a smile or kindness
it can really make a difference
when you realized your no longer alone
