P.O.L.

Your hands, they encircle my wrists
Like bracelets, though they are my shackles
I've had Stockholm syndrome since the day you captured me
These prison walls are my home
You could offer me freedom and I'd turn it down
You own me
I am your Prisoner of Love.

Short, and to the point. Very good.

This is really interesting because it could be read either way.

    1. it is a genuine love poem and they truly make you feel so in love like they are so perfect they could never do anything wrong, you know you would always stay with them.

    or...

    2. it is a genuine poem of S. Syndrome and this person has fooled you into believing they love you and you love them and this is part of this trauma. That no matter what they do, you know you will always go back to them.

I found it short and interesting but would have liked to have known more about the story and perhaps a clearer idea of where you were leading the poem to in your own mind. But I like that it could be read both ways.

I didn't intent it to be as short as it was, I guess I wrote it kinda rushed as I had to go to bed, lol xD. I wrote it with meaning number 1, but I'm fine with my poems being interpreted however the reader wants to interpret them :)
