This is sooo heartbreaking, and I really don't know what to say. Really sad piece. I so hope that one day things will be fixed. |

I can somewhat relate to this...I was once very close to my brother, he practically raised me after my mother passed because my dad turned into a workaholic... but anyway, to make a short story short, we barely talk/see each other now. It's sad and bothers me a lot. |

This is a very touching poem and I loved the title as it fit so well. Your brother was dear to your heart and brother's and sister's always have a special bond it seems. First of all I loved how you started when you were born. There always seems to be the instant connection because its love. I love you portrayed your brother through your eyes. He is your protector and I love how you said it he is strong like a bear. I love how you say you loved him only like a sister could. I loved both sides to this poem. You are saying people change and you and your brother fall apart. We all grow up andlive oour own lives. I also love it how you leave it vague and don't really say how he hurts you. That leaves the reader guessing and shaping their own ending. Overall its great and sad. 5/5 |
