Reason for Rhyme

As we look for reason or rhyme
in the foggy seasons of time
passing poets have sworn
we are fighting to be born
at the end of the day
everything is cliche'
yet priceless in a larger world
where mysteries are unfurled
as history will often repeat
opposites merge and meet
