Its not okay to say you love me,
why waste your time writing
text messages that your actions
never proved true?

I think even the moon bled
when you left, the sky wore blue
that day, I remember you said
"I did love you, I'm certain I still do
but you loved me more than I could ever
love you"

I still don't understand why you lied to me,
why you were selfish, and cruel, and mean
all I know is that both my heart and the
moon bled when you left, and the
blue of sky hasn't looked beautiful
ever since.
