Bless me Father for I have sinned in so many ways

Lord you know its been its been long since I've confessed

All the trespasses & transgressions of my days

Though I did nothing alone to earn it I've been blessed

I am sorry that even the pope has been a victim of slander

The same one some vigilante followed then tried to kill

Often I mind someone else's business when I meander

Dear lord help me to do only your almighty merciful will
