WOW!! Not only was this penned perfectly, the flow was flawless and the whole thing just had that tone to it, I could relate to it, on a deep level...
I felt myself in this, my own thoughts being penned in a way that just made me read into each line differently.

The way you described the feeling of being lost, and unsure of who loved her, where she was going, where she belonged. How what she feels isn't normal, but is, if that makes sense?

I really felt connected to every word, every line, everything about this was really powerful, and the emotion as well.

I think that many people can relate to this, and take parts from it, and put it to themselves or someone they know, love, care for, that is really powerful stuff Chels.

That feeling of being drained. We all feel it, whatever we are going through, life has that affect on us sometimes, it can obscure our thoughts, make clarity much harder to find, and understand.

Powerful was the first word that came to my mind after reading this...and I've read it twice so far Chels. I want to say you bring so much into this piece and don't let yourself hide or sneak away, you put your fears, insecurities, and doubts about who you really are, how you want to let your identity shine and not have it be so hard to find or know how to show.

I think, like Tara said, many can relate to this piece in the whole aspect of the facade and mask we wear... it's definitely exhausting to be kind of that foundation for other people, and to be their positivity in the day, when we can lie to ourselves and others, fighting for our own happiness to come....

But we can only do so much for others... don't feel discouraged if you can't do this and that for a person, I know I've had on happy faces before to people, but in the end, it is only us who can truly find our own happiness.

I seriously could quote every line and tell you how much of an impact it makes... you pen with such emotion and a surreal voice that questions the journey of life, how busy it can be yet when exactly our dreams will be reached, and who exactly will love us. When will that moment come?
