Humanities

Humanities, the arts,
Is studies of the past.
Studies of the great men
However, we should ask, when?

Since such greatness is no longer
Why then should we bother?
Aristotle, Augustin and Descartes,
These lots should be discarded.

Odyssey maybe a good journey
But all we need is good money
Herodotus and his history!
Why should I bother when it is not "my" story?

What about Beethoven and Mozart?
Why bother? When wee have "contemp" arts?
Now, isn't that part of humanities?
Of course, but why bother study?

Since as long as we don't know any theory,
We can appreciate music of every qualities!
What about logic and good arguments?
The first, science can do in its absence

And the later is a job of mere rhetoric
Since what matter is how many we can trick.
Hence, you should see by now
That such disciplines are foul.

A poor excuse of those poor souls,
Men and women with IQ too low,
They can do naught but study arts
And what matter only in the past.

Now, then, my children.
Become mother Earth's students.
Leave those useless question behind.
Those are issues which already have expired.
