To mother, at your funeral.

by ZinaZonic   Jun 18, 2013

You felt truly blessed,
To be a mother of three,
You kept us so close,
Kira Shireen and me.

You were always just so strong,
Never often feeling blue,
The lessons that you taught us,
To help get us through.

The good times and the rough,
You never let us down,
Memories, laughs for us,
You in us we've found.

Forever a true fighter,
Your pain we'd never see,
As much as this hurts for us,
At least now you are free.

I just thought I'd could say,
I love you and goodbye,
We will miss you dearly,
I promise I won't cry.

Your legacy lives on,
In your children and grand kids,
We won't mourn your death,
We will celebrate that you've lived.
