This is a poem about my very best friend
The one person that I've admired from the start,
The one person that id say I take for granted most
But ill always love him from the bottom of my heart.
We stood side by side when I was growing up
Wherever he would go that meant Id be there too,
I was basically he's partner in crime
Said what he said, and did whatever he would do.
And nothings changed as the years have gone by
If anything our bond is tighter than ever before,
He is there for me like he always has been
I really couldn't wish for anything more
He would sit me down and tell me stupid stories
And I would listen and believe every word he'd say,
So when im older i just hope and wish
That i am half the man he is today.
So not only is he my oldest friend
Who has been there through the good and bad,
But he is my confident, my coach and teacher
But most of all he is my dad.
