I love dream catchers and pictures of them, as I have one as my profile pic :] They're so beautiful and I hope to have one day... I never grew up with them or had one, I've just seen them in stores but I like the idea of that protection when sleeping, it's just a simple comfort for some people and I know that symbol can put a smile on people's facing....thinking of catching all the bad dreams or what not.

Truly beautiful poem, I feel at peace and you captured the essence of knowing you can calmly sleep...I like how you mention it's a gift from your grandmother as well as having a small statue of a raven. I also like the way you open up this piece into the "realm of dreams", like an entrance we have to be cautious of because nothing is guaranteed.
