The last Car Ride...

by PrazeJESUS!!!   Jul 2, 2004

The roads where wet and Icy
from all the rain and snow
The bridge ahead was covered w/ice
But this our friend did not know

He went across the slippery bridge
Much faster then he should
When he came upon a patch of ice
He steered as best he could.

But the tires spun out of control
And his car flipped and rolled
But no one was around to help
Because of the bitter cold

They found him in the morning
Behind the steering wheel
His mother & friends were screaming
"Oh my God this can't be real"

His first little joy ride
turned out to be his last
His cheerful face and jokes
Were now a memory of the past.

I think that the poem was really something. My 15 yr old cousin died in a car accident and the poem meant a lot to me. so keep up the good work!

Honolulu read what I wrote on your story thing. Oh yeah and by the way I am not a Texan. I have not been here that long and I am never gonna be one. But nothing Is wrong with Texans either. Atleast people who live here are nice.
