Don't sell that shell

by Kips2.0   Jul 22, 2013

Don't sell that shell
it's an invaluable treasure.
Men can be vicious;
don't be caught by their con
or their undue pressure.

Once the shell cracks open
it cannot be put together.
It's mostly safe with God,
therefore guide it jealously,
and let no 'man' bother.

Keep your heart still with God,
and when the time is right
you don't have to wait any longer,
He'll bring the 'one' to your path
and give you the green light.

(Shell is the heart. If you give it to just anyone, hastily, it'll be broken. Let God be the lover of your heart and He shall bring you the right man, at the right time.)

    Kips, I love this piece though I'm not a believer in God; I do believe in fate though and that we all have a soul mate when the time is right.

    Great write, Em
