This is what I was given

by Robert   Jul 23, 2013

Giving hell to all the people
Still i'm me, and
No one will ever know where i'll be
Maybe in your heart, or somewhere in-between
But hey life's a mystery

I make sand castles whenever i'm on the beach
Singing song's around a fire with everyone
I meet, and never knowing when this dream
will ever end, I just keep beating death
again and again

So I hold on as long as I can
Although it's hard sometimes I can't
ever give in
This is what I live for, and this is what I love
This is what I was given

Building a house I thought It'd be easy, but
setting up the structure just wasn't for me
But one day I found myself with an old guitar
Then after a few strum's I knew I could be a star

So I hold on as long as I can
Although it's hard sometimes I can't ever give in
This is what I live for, and this is what I love
This is what I was given

Nobody know's how long or how far
If there's a hole in the road can I jump it
or will I fall. Never stop chasing your dream's,
because you know who you are
This is what I live for, and this is what I love
This is what I was given

Whatever given onto you, make the best of it rather then complain or brood over it..that is the message I got from this. Once again well penned!
