Last night the grey sea met the slushy sand of the shore
You said , you have got me, and you want no more
The little waves leap all around ,to reach the moon
I was like a pale star, going to sleep soon.
But there was the mile of sea-scented beach
With you walking over there ,it was sweet like a peach
Sandy and dry, smelling like a hunter after roots
Beautiful like a plant having its first shoots
I hold your hand for hours, your finger , white skin
In a vague dream absorbed you have been
You took me to the castle walls where I put on my mask
To awaken you from your slumber was a difficult task
Your long dark hair fell from the balcony
My look was cherubic, my silence stony
Thirst defines my country,I don't need eyes any more
Last night no sleep, I walked all night on seashore.
