The Volcano Burns Inside Red

by drratan   Jul 29, 2013

Sorrow frozen , pain melting, the dawn is near
Tears flow , very slow, do you hear , my dear?
Your memory , I am sorry, wrap me all around
I soared high ,to the sky, but why so homebound!

I was happy, with my lappy, why so much pain
The sky was clear, with no air, why so much rain
With the chain , of the pain,we seem to be happy
When alone , with the phone, red is the poppy

The valley hides, all the nights, the stars are all dim
The meadow waits, drops of sweats, dried up by sunbeam
You too, like a cuckoo, sing me a song of love
I have my nest in your eyes, O my beloved dove..
Want you now, where and how,You tell me dear
The volcano inside me burns red when you are not near
