The Strength

by Tabitha   Aug 1, 2013

You thought you knew her best
Yet you never pasted the test
She cried out for you
For which you never knew
The love she felt for you
For which you just abused
You never saw the tears she cried
The hurt she tried so hard to hide
She waited for years
Only to find her deepest fear
Waiting on the man she once cherished so dear
Was nothing more then a memory from past years
And as the tears ran down her swollen face
She finally found the strength to walk away even with tears streaming down her face.

Who ever this is should hold their head high and be proud to walk out of a dark chapter in their life. Love it.
