A delicate rose
collecting dust,
low on ink and
make-up,

yet renewed with fidelity.

Seconds change everything...

    AHAH! Wth!!?? Leave it to Maryanne to NAIL this...I have to nominate this simply for the challenge that was in this piece. How tough it must have been, yet how flawless and effortless you made this seem..

    Love that there truley is a message in it!!...seconds do change everything, even the beauty in some things...we all age, we all change, nature, humans, food, etc...

    I love this piece. As simple as it is, it tells a story (or at least eludes to one) and there is beautiful description given the randomized interesting prompts you have. I love the voice here, it is gentle and soft, yet the piece is so much more than that.

    Fantastic write. going on my favorites list.
