Two thousand thirteen, May twenty-fifth, Saturday evening? I think that was it. Over by the door. Beanie, tank, shorts, gauges and all. Who would have thought I would fall? You made my heart skip a beat. I was in free fall. Falling without even knowing. Knowing but not even caring. Caring and then laughing. Laughing at caring. Then before I knew it, I was in your arms, you were standing there, waiting, all along...
