You can tell you truly put your heart into this.

This stanzas are so very sad. You can tell you love thispperson so much and when you lose them its one of the hardest feelings In the world. I love the simple way you wrote this too. I know who this is about and I am so sorry you are losing her but for poetry wise: I love how you show your true feelings here. It leaves the reader wondering where is this person going?

Just a little suggestion maybe you could add more to this and explain more. So it doesn't confuse the reader so much. :) just trying to help. But I love the title as it could totally be a nickname. This poem if you think about it closly is so sad yet so well done but you just need to expand! 5/6
