I love how you decribe yourself as a fire. Love can trulyset your soul on fire no matter who it is. The line I was hotter than the sun is a very good one as it shows the reader how love can get. I think you ddescribe rain as depression or sadness and the sun as happiness. When you feel happiness you can drive away any sadness you feel. Its hard when sadness comes back strong. It truly its you so hard there is nothing you can do. Sense you were talking about fire you could say ashes instead of coals, because ashes are more gray in colour.
