Gone forever

Broken hearted,
Everyday,
I wish the pain,
Would go away

Does it leave?
Never ever,
I'll be left,
Like this forever

So many times,
I've had to lie,
Saying I'm alright,
When I'm not even fine

And so many secrets,
Constantly kept,
No one knows,
The tears I've wept

Every night,
I miss you so,
And wonder why,
You had to go

I wish we could talk,
It's been so long,
Everything feels,
Just so wrong

At times like these,
I miss you most,
When sadness is,
my only host

I think of you,
When I see a star,
I hope your happy,
Where you are

I miss you more,
Then you believe,
I wish you never,
Had to leave

This isn't my favorite poem that I've written but I decided to post it anyway, this can be read as either someone passing away or just an ex that you miss, it's up too you.
