I have to ask you Saffie...what if you just don't see these little blue clouds? Yes, I know they are there and, I'm very aware of them now but...in the past I wasn't. Take a look at this for example...

This man's son was a great friend of my son when they were in primary school...they had sleepovers regularly....I had no idea of his past...no one did and..if you look more into this case you will see that two of his brothers are behind bars for molesting boys...should I be glad that this particular father was more into little girls....I'm really not sure but...he's still living in the same house my son slept over in on many occasions...

Aww, if you don't see them that is different :) I know there are many people who do not see what is going on and if they did see they would help. But my poem is for the people who see and choose to ignore. I have came across many of these people on my journey. I am putting together a book of poems mainly aimed at professionals i.e teachers, who work with children, who know there is abuse in the background but become too frightened or unwilling to get involved. It is a topic that many people do not know how to cope with or how to react to.
It is very scary how much abuse happens that we do not see because it is hidden so well, just like the case above, but hopefully with lots of awareness being raised, prevention programmes and earlier education, maybe one day there won't have to be as many victims. Hope the poem didn't offend you x

I love how many meanings this could hold. The only change you could make is on the end stanza you could do rain-drops instead of tear-drops but thats the only thing. Now heres what I think:

Ok the deep meaning is so great it warms my heart that you talk about this issue. The clouds could be represented by little or teenage kids who are abused. Hurt or bullied I think anyone of those. We walk past them everyday not knowing what their true story is. Weall want to speak up about these issues eespecially when we have been through this. I know it well as I have been through a lot. They are all precious but we can't always protect them from what they are going through. Its hard to speak about it.

We don't want to feel judged at all. We can see the psyicial side of the tears but inside is hard to know. Storms or whatever they are going through... it makes us fall so hard.
In the third stanza no should be not.

We can always help with whatever anyone is going through. I see the laughter as sun shine too. I love how you describe both. When we think of sunshine we think of a beautiful day and night where the stars shinebright. The sadness we think of rain and stormy or windy. I agree that sunshine does exist within each heart and we just have to find out what that is. Or how to bring it to life.

When you feel negative its hard to feel any type of happiness and when people are happy they dont know how to deal with sadness. I love how at the end of this poem you show both sides of light and dark as it shows a great message. Love it! 5/5
