I Need a Hero

Ok Brittany as I told you this is my goodbye comment to ya. So I will try my best to interpret what you wrote. <3

Right off the bat I had to look up the word abhor as its over my head lol. You used it so perfectly. You bring so much sadmess to this poem though. When we look in the mirror I don't think anyone of us likes what we see. We hide what we feel inside and don't want anyone to judge us. So we judge ourselves instead hoping that people see us differently than we see ourselves. We all want a hero to save us from ourselves and the feelings of doubt we hold. I love the hint of love.

You show it at the end of the first stanza. You want to smile and anyone who saves your life will do that. Or really anyone that makes us feel beautiful as a girl or handsome as a guy. Again you portray this person as what could be any person with hurt feelings inside or even yourself I love that you make it seem like you care. Your sadness you bring right away with the tears and the falling from life. Tragedy is hard to overcome.

As it shows this person you portray here has had a hard life. They have been hurt over and over again. No can see there scars and not just the cutting ones. Theyhold so many emotioa scars inside that tragedy might happen. The mirror can be aanyone's worst enemy as it shows what we don't want to see. Our true selves. No hero can see what we see inside.

The third stanza I love because you paint so well the pictures in my head. We hate what we see and we feel judged by everyone. Anxiety fills this person's very soul and tears might fall as life gets worse everyday. They don't want to wake up or even go out. I love how you used train how it shows how hard it is not to let people get you down. If yiu had a hero with you while walking you could always feel more confident. As theywould be your only world and you could focus on them! !

I love how you say the Dragon in your mind. It sometimes does feel that way. Your mind just goes crazy. All the negative thoughts always creep into it. A hero would always save you from yourself. A hero would be your protector. :) I love the elements you have. You lead off with sadmess and then you had a tint of hope and love. All three mixed together adds so much to it. Beautiful. 5/5
