Goodbye

Have you ever reached the point to where you can't take anymore?
When you just want to end it all?
What do I do?
When things become too much for me to handle?
When I just want to give up on life?
When I want all my suffering to end?
I could easily reach for the blade.
And watch and the crimson red river forms on my arm.
Watch all of my sadness flow out of my body.
Until it drips onto the floor.
Or I could go to the medicine cabinet.
Take a handful of pills.
And lay in my final resting place.
I don't know how much longer I can take any of this.
Always in pain and never getting complete relief.
Wanting a way to escape.
So I guess I shall just simply say.
