Sunglasses in Heaven

"Sunglasses in Heaven"

Wherever I go,
I take with me.
a portable mask,
enabling social ability.

A stoic look,
a steadfast smile.
conceals intents,
all the while.

These trials we face
day to day,
can be managed
so they say.

Stepping stones,
toward the afterlife.
It's training ground.
is this school of Life.

Reflecting out,
Mirrored shields.
Of introverted relationships,
We ought not to build.

But if I get there,
Through "No man's Island"
I will still wear, these sunglasses
in Heaven...
