Self Hate

by Daylight Lucidity   Aug 23, 2013

Sanctuaries are far from my trembling grasp as I reach through the mirror and try to
Expel myself from it. Have you not realized how serious my self
Loathing has become? It speaks back to me, telling me you'd all be better off when I'm gone. My
Fragile state of mind shudders and agrees with every glance and stare into the frigid, unfeeling glass.

Have you not noticed that I despise myself? Always feeling like I can never do good enough,
Always thinking that were I someone else, everyone would be joyful.
Treacherous ground lurks beneath my dark mind, opening up an abyss and sending me to hell;
Eternal damnation is what I tell myself that I deserve.
