Move On They Say

Well, that's easy to say because you're not in my shoes.

Try to fit in them and walk around for a bit.

You'll find yourself lost and easily impressed.

I don't smile as much, but that doesn't make me unhappy.

Simple things in life really do complete me.

I don't need elaborate words, nor a hug or a smile.

Just a simple hello means more than you know.

But now, people walk by and ignore you.

Because you're not really there.

No one can really see you.

At least that's what you think.

Oh well, for now I'm content.
