Still innocent the morning after

by Ole Carsten   Sep 3, 2013

Innocent morning after,
The first encounter,
A polite handshake,
We did some hidden starring.

I was like some chaperones,
Was standing beside us?
Challenging our moves,
To be inside the limits.

No one had told anything,
About behaviour or manners,
We behaved out of respect,
Not like disciplined kids.

The first night alone there,
Not even a kiss to sleep on,
Not that I needed sleep,
The adrenaline pumped me high.

Soon it is tomorrow and then,
What will happen, nothing?
Or will the world disappear?
I didn't know had not a crystal bowl.

A slow start on a day,
Rainy morning, fading sun,
Then the music played,
The rain was heavy.

Underneath the umbrella,
The body talk happened,
A special exchange of word,
Even not any words were spoken.

What happened the is not open,
The curtains hides our privacy..
