The Conqueror

Why should I give up?
I pour my heart, body,
mind and soul into all I do.

I build a present and future,
that will not be made on
lies and deceit.

I use wisdom, from experience
and right wrongs in my life.
My only competitor is the person
staring at me, in the mirror every morning.

Who is my oppressor?
Doubt, fear and worry,
are emotions that we create
based on our own perceptions of reality.

My heart is good,
my body is strong,
my mind is clear
and my soul is God's.

What should I doubt?
Why should I worry?
Of Whom shall I fear?

Nothing, No reason and No one!
