The Necklace

by Caitlyn Cook   Sep 23, 2013

As fall finally set,
The cold air brushed against her,
Her eyes as cold Winter.

She walked down the old wooden stairs,
Pushing everyone out of the way,
She didn't care.

The blizzard started as she walked out,
It didn't stop her, without a doubt.

She was under a spell,
Of a witch with no soul,
You know,
Like the ones with a heart of a troll.

Inside the necklace laid an angel trapped,
She cant escape,
There's no doubt about that.

She's still walking,
But now walking in fear,
The witch is out,
Danger is near.

The blizzard got worse,
It was hard to see,
She found her way back,
Wishing She had a key.

The witch came,
Killing her in sight,
The necklace,
Something just didn't feel right.

The angel was free,
The witch became trapped,
Now lets just hope it stays like that.
