Uncertain

by Kiino   Sep 28, 2013

Standing closely now, only the words
waiting to be unearthed separates them.
The coolness of the breeze hangs on
their dry lips. Each of them striving to
hold strongly the remaining blocks of wall.
And while the chastity of strange silence
perseveres, the thrill of their thoughts veer.

What transpired from those invaluable
years has made out everything but them.
All their walks ensued artless interactions
which clothed pleasantness of evenings.
But on this one moment, he holds her hand
despite the grim possibility of failing.
Still and all, she sees it; their promise.
