Fears

by UtterlyAlive   Sep 28, 2013

Months pass,
Creating Years,
And Each day,
Increases my fears

The fear of death,
Or even sorrow,
Or the fear of never,
Seeing tomorrow

Of letting go,
And never trying,
To accept the fact,
I'm slowly dying

To look,
But never see,
To never discover,
Who I'm Meant to be

I fear life,
But also death
And realizing
I have nothing left

I fear being lost,
And being alone,
When I'm with my friends,
Sitting at home

I fear sinking,
Into darkness below,
The harder I try to get out,
The deeper I go

So many fears,
I'm left to face,
And each passing day,
Makes them harder to embrace
