U & I
Two different roses grew from the same seed
Grew together free, breathing fresh air,
Sharing the same root
&
Receiving of light equal sun beams
Under the watch of thy mother & God care,
We shall be given water and shield
Waiting for the rain till winter comes
while embracing the heat of summer days
Joyfully watching thy mother giving love to the younger breed
While seeking peace from the cold storms we could not bear
Our mother gave up hope,
She said:You both shall learn to stand on your own feet
For in the world of brown fog,
You will have no friends
For man will mock your weakness
&
Your strength shall be weakened
Yet when we grew old and strong
They claimed we've never been brothers
Born two roses with two different colors
Trying to tear us apart,
coming with a false image of love
To dupe us into two worlds never belong to each other
Making up a lie we both came from two different trees
As if thorns ever cared about two white roses grown from different seeds
But Always color does matter
When it's two roses
With two different colors.
