I think we are all scared of who we are. Our brains tell us that we are someone we are not. I think if we have had a past we are afraid of other people as well and scared to fall in love. I like how simple you write the first stanza because it's very relatable. Again if you have been hurt we all fake our smile. You should mever tear yourself apart but I truly understand that line. We are the author's of our own life and we see more of the negative not the positive. It is always nice to start over in a way. Though it's very difficult to trust as you said. This is a nice read. 5/5
