IT IS OVER (THREE WORDS)

From dusk till dawn I think of you..
Since you left I've been sad and blue...
Looking at our pictures in my phone...
With all my breath I can't believe you are gone..
So this is the end of all I had....
Living without you I never thought it would hurt real bad....
Only three words made my heart break....
"IT IS OVER" you said, I saw my life disintegrate..
I went in a corner to curl up and cry...
Something strongly tells me it's better to die...
A lone tear came out as I thought of how happy I had been....
You chose to end it all, how could you be so mean..
I rushed to the kitchen to grab a knife....
Then went back in the corner to end my life...
"I NEVER LOVED YOU" is that what you can say...
Come back to me my Love and I'll forget you said it anyway....
You said you loved me, but it was just a lie....
Today you are telling me that you did it only to push away a guy....
I was quick to love you and I gave you my heart...
Knowing and believing that you would never break it apart....
I loved you so much, and it's how I still feel...
This virgin heart you've broken would only take you to heal...
To make you happy I was in a rush....
But with only three words you throw away my love like trash....
I was committed to always put a smile on your face....
Why was it so easy for you to make my life a mess...
We promised to love each other and that I would never make you cry....
But you gladly broke yours, baby please tell me why....
Loving you was all I ever wanted....
My Love, why did you take my feelings for granted....
Just why did you let me love you like this.....
You got me tied to you through every kiss....
I look at the knife, this is the end.....
My broken heart, death might mend....
Am face to face with my worst fear....
With sorrow and grief in every drop of tear...
I look up the roof and all I see is heaven....
This pain am having is too much of a bargain...
Baby I love you with all my breath....
And I promised to love you till my death....
So this knife will make that promise come true...
Because even at the point of death I still have much love for you....
Even in the after life you will always be my lover...
I wish you all the happiness of this world and beyond, but now "IT IS OVER".....

    It's so moving. It made me cry (I am an emotional wreck yes). I like the flow of it. Also there's this line, you might want to have a look at it: I was committed to put always put a smile on your face. (Typographical error)

    Wow wow wow and wow!!!! What am intense, deep set and heart wrenching poem.the poem reads very much like a rap but somehow that makes the feelings more intense.I hope to read more of your works!!!! :-)

    This is really good more like a sad love story but it flowed nicely not to much rhyme and I'm sure alot of us can relate beside the suicide over love thing and some even may relate to that.. I like it's surrealness..life like..
