True Emotions

Whenever you think of someone you used to know it always hurts when you lose then from your life.I think the night is always the worst time when you feel lonely. The tone of sadness is great throughout the whole poem though. I like the wording you used in the first stanza as it is simple. Yet again it says so much. The first two lines of the first stanza are so very true. Betrayal is very hard for the heart to handle. When you are in a relationship all you want is honesty no matter what. And when they lie it does seen like your world falls apart. The last line of the second is very sad. When you meant nothing to them then it feels like you wasted your time.

Hate is such a strong word but I believe it is used well in the flow of the poem. It's hard to hate anyone no matter what they did to you. Sometimes you dont even know your own feelings. That you forget about them. You hurt so much thst you don't want to feel them anymore. If this person is your first love then I think it will always hurt more. I like the ending though. Because you still love them and then you say it hurts. The tone again is heavy and sad. But this is so well written. Great job saffie. Xx
