Pretend life's a game called lets pretend
but pretend we're not pretending

we choose to forget the forgotten
only forget what we're forgetting

at night we dream, that we're living a dream
then we dream that we're not dreaming

we wish on a star for wishes
on which we wish that we weren't wishing

we forget we're pretending, to pretend we forgot
while dreaming we wished for the dream we are not
