People act like its easy, like you can just wake up one day and leave an abusive atmosphere behind. But it doesn't work like that the problem with people that abuse you emotionally is that they have a way of triggering you into believing that you ain't anything without them, that if you leave people will treat you just like them anyways they make people pleasers out of you,
everywhere you are you ache to be useful to someone, because doing something that's good for just YOU Is considered selfish. Emotional abuse leaves you with no self-esteem, it sucks the life out you. In the world of emotional abuse there is no self love only self pity. It begins and it ends with people who hate themselves and make others feel the same way.
